Ingredients:
2 c. steel-cut oats
5 c. water
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 lg. apple, peeled and diced
1/2 c. raisins or craisins
1t. cinnamon
1t. vanilla
1 1/2t. salt
Directions:
Lightly grease crock pot. Combine ingredients in crock pot and cook on low 7-8 hours.
