Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 (6-oz.) can tomato paste
2 teaspoons white sugar
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
2/3 cup water
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
salt and pepper
Directions:
In a large skillet, saute garlic in oil until golden. Add all else and simmer on medium-low for 10 minutes. Spread over pizza dough or serve over pasta.
