Healthy Wholewheat Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 cup wholewheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and beat until well-mixed. Bake on hot griddle and serve with fruit or syrup.

Notes:
I like to stir fruit into the mixture, like blueberries, or shredded apple. Yum!
